Post Rehab Fitness

Congratulations! You have made it through your rehab successfully, have met your functional goals, and your physical therapist has even provided you with a home exercise program to maintain your gains and prevent you from regressing.

But you don’t want to just maintain. You want to keep moving forward.

Now what?

While physical therapists are more than able to provide an exercise program that can improve your fitness and potentially prevent future injuries and health problems, they either don’t or can’t because insurance does not typically pay for fitness. And to pay for physical therapy out of pocket can cost anywhere from $135-$250 an hour!

You could go hire a personal trainer at a gym or online, but do they have the knowledge and experience to safely get you back into shape after the injury or surgery that landed you in rehab in the first place?

At Roll Right PT, your trainer is also a licensed physical therapist/PTA with years of orthopedic and neurologic patient care experience. You can be confident that your trainer will be able to adapt a custom exercise program no matter what your unique situation is, for a fraction of the cost of a physical therapy session out-of-pocket.

Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level? Drop us an email at chris@rollrightpt.com, or call 630-538-3582 to set up a session and let us bring the gym to you!
