Post Surgery

Modern medicine can be absolutely amazing. Modern technology and surgical methods have allowed countless people a chance to lead a more normal life who in the past might have been disabled permanently.

But the surgery is only the start of the recovery journey. You need a professional to monitor your healing, maximize your strength and flexibility to return to your active lifestyle, and communicate with your surgeon.

Whatever surgery you may have had, it likely did not exist in isolation. Oftentimes we will alter how we walk, stand and move just to get by. Surgery by itself usually does not correct these things. A physical therapist will be able to assess not just one body part but you as a whole person, to not only make sure your surgery heals optimally but to help you become even better than you were before!

You could go to a clinic to find a physical therapist, but frequently you will be prescribed pain medication to manage the normal immediate post-surgical soreness and would not be able to safely drive yourself. Also if your surgery was on your lower body, the right in particular, you also may not be able to drive yourself for a while and may need to find a ride.

With Roll Right PT, your therapist will come to you with all of the equipment and expertise necessary to get you healed, strong and independent again!
